Our phone help team is available to help with your refund at (866) 899-3175 10 am to 6 pm EST Monday though Friday.

There are several reasons why requesting a refund from a merchant is better than if you call your bank card or credit card. One is that the customer's bank or credit card company must check if the forced refund that has been requested fits the specific certain criteria and is in itself valid. If it isn't then the request for the forced refund can be declined. If the request for the forced refund is valid, then the whole refund process begins. This means that the customer's bank or credit card company must then contact the merchant's sponsoring bank about getting the refund. The merchant's sponsoring bank then must also check to see if the requested refund is valid. The merchant's sponsoring bank has the power to deny the refund request too, if they cannot find valid proof. But if you call us directly at (866) 899-3175 we can simply refund you directly.

If you're here you have a few questions.

And we have answers.

Who are we?

CreditVerify is a credit and financial product for Canadian Consumers.

Why are you charging me?

These are charges for the benefits program you signed up for online.

Why is there a $1 charge when I signed up?

There is a $1 processing fee charged on the day you sign up and a grace period for the subscription as clearly outline in the Offer Details disclaimer. You may cancel anytime but will still be charged for accessing and using the service.

Why do I have a charge?

As outlined in the offer details you will be charged the cost of the subscription after the grace period. You still owe for the cost of the service and this grace period is a accommodation as many of our customers use a pre-paid card to sign up for the service and need time to reload funds. You will be charged a membership fee for each month depending on which package you signed up for.

Is this a scam?

No, it's not. We go to great lengths to make sure that people see the terms of our offer on our websites, emails and advertisements. We also ask our customers to agree to our terms and conditions before they can sign up for our program..

This doesn't sound familiar.

If the CreditVerify doesn't ring a bell, you may want to ask other members of your family who might have access to your credit card. We've found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else in the family signing up for the product.

How do I cancel my account?

Contact a customer account specialist by calling (866) 899-3175. You can call Monday - Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.

Can I get a refund?

Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. Please see the refund policy for further details.
